Andrew Gunlock is a first year Master’s student in the Aerospace Engineering Department. He received his Aerospace Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from University of California Davis in 2023, with Minor in Japanese. During his time as an undergraduate, he worked as a Research and Development Engineer with the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State University investigating control systems of military vehicles. Currently, he is working on prototyping the hardware and controls system of Unmanned Underwater Vehicles with autonomous and swarm capabilities. Outside of work, Andrew loves to surf, discover nearby cities, and travel globally to learn about different history and cultures.
