Quintin Nelson is a second year Ph.D. student funded by the DoD SMART Fellowship. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in Aerospace Engineering with honors from the Pennsylvania State University and the Schreyer Honors College in May of 2023. As an undergraduate, he was involved in research concerning cislunar halo orbits and orbit design for spacecraft-to-spacecraft power transfer via space-based solar power satellites. Quintin has interned at KUOG Corp. and SAIC as an undergrad, and worked for the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) in the summers of 23-24 as a spacecraft autonomy intern. He is broadly interested in astrodynamics and multi-agent control and is currently researching cislunar force model fidelity quantification measures. Outside of work, Quintin likes camping, hiking, playing video games, and collecting Lego. For more details, seeĀ https://quintinnelson.com
